 Document cache staleness directly in the JSON Schema description, not just
 the ticket.
 Confirm counts always shows full totals even when issues is capped at 10.
 Mark recommendation as nullable — not all Site Health tests have a
 remediation step.
 Add status: "unknown" as an explicit unit test case.
