 - PHP: 8.2.29
 - WordPress: 7.1-alpha-20260512.152605
 - Web server: Apache
 - Database: MySQL
 - Browser: Chrome
 - OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five

 **Steps Followed:**
 - In the latest development trunk, the 'Download Theme' button was not
 visible before applying the patch.
 - After applying the patch, the 'Download Theme' button appeared correctly
 in the Theme File Editor.

 **Result:**
 - The applied patch works as expected and successfully displays the
 “Download Theme” button in the Theme File Editor.
