 I tried using [https://fonts.google.com/noto/specimen/Noto+Serif+JP Noto
 Serif Japanese], but I couldn't reproduce the issue. Information like the
 following would be helpful in identifying the problem:

 - Where did you download the font from?
 - Does this issue occur with fonts other than Japanese fonts?
 - Does this issue occur with WordPress versions 6.9 and below?
 - Does the problem occur across all browsers?
 - Does the same issue occur in the Site Editor and the Global Styles
 sidebar?
