 Replying to [comment:55 wildworks]:

 in my understanding, even if the Akismet API key is set, no AI features
 can be utilized. This could potentially confuse users. At the very least,
 the text in the callout section may need improvement.


 Thank you for raising this issue, @wildworks. The banner code is on the
 Gutenberg repo; I proposed a small improvement there.
