 * Attachment "65151-remove-overflow-hidden.diff" added.

 I noticed that removing `overflow: hidden` from the `#dashboard-widgets-
 wrap` element seems to make the drag and drop a lot less glitchy.  Anyone
 have any thoughts on whether it is safe to remove this?
