 I think this report is about the 4 pixels of
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-
 admin/css/forms.css?rev=62182&marks=509#L507 padding on the right], which
 [61645] added to `number` inputs with the `small-text` class. The `tiny-
 text` class continues to set the right padding to zero.

 The padding might not be //necessary//, but I expect it was intentional.
