Comment:

Tested on WordPress trunk (checked out today, March 31, 2026).

Could not reproduce the issue - the up/down spinner arrows on `<input
type="number">` elements appear to have correct spacing.

 **Tested in:**
 - WordPress: trunk (latest)
 - Browser: Chrome [edge]
 - OS: Windows 11 (WSL2/Ubuntu)

 **Steps taken:**
 1. Checked Settings → General page → Media Settings
 2. Inspected number input fields
 3. No unnecessary spacing visible on spinner arrows

Suggesting this may have been fixed in a recent commit, or may require
more specific steps to reproduce. Could the reporter please confirm if the
issue still exists and provide exact reproduction steps?
