 Ever since moving to 6.9.4, when I push the Publish Button, the entry is
 saved BUT it returns the code view of the blog and NOT the visual view of
 the blog?  Now, I myst hit another button (the VISUAL VIEW) first before
 continuing my editing.  How can I fex this?
