 I've tested using WordPress Playground.

 Test 1: Before
 WordPress: 6.5
 Observation: {{{512x512}}} Exists


 Test 2: After
 WordPress 7.0-beta2-20260305.063752
 Observation: It's now updated as **512x512**

 I can confirm that the issue is resolved in the patch.
