 That feed comes from the EN-BG translation of the general feed:
 https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/admin/en-
 gb/default/?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=12886&filters%5Btranslation_id%5D=61004584
 Nothing was published since then so that's why you have old posts on your
 dashboard.

 The same goes for Malayalam locale.

 I think we can close this ticket as `worksforme`.
