 As we reach 130 posts on this ticket, I'd like to acknowledge that many of
 the contributors on this ticket have worked on WordPress for between one
 or two decades. Each have a different contribution history and can provide
 a huge knowledge base on that experience.

 With a deeply technical discussion such as the one above, I just want to
 pause to acknowledge that we are all are working with positive intent
 towards the best solution.

 I understand that Jon and Lynn are working on a Make/Core post to be
 published within the next 24 hours to get a summary of the above down in a
 much shorter version.
