 We could move the “Search media” label to a separate row (similar to the
 filter labels), and keep all dropdowns and the search input field aligned
 on the same baseline.

 Also, aligning the view switch icons with these elements would improve
 overall consistency and balance.

 The “Bulk select” button issue appears to have already been addressed in
 [changeset:62104].
