 In Media → Library (Grid View), toolbar elements are misaligned. Dropdowns
 (“All media items”, “All dates”), “Bulk select”, and view switch icons are
 not on the same vertical baseline. Alignment is also inconsistent with the
 “Search media” field, and spacing between label and dropdown is too tight.

 Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Go to Media → Library
 2. Switch to Grid View
 3. Observe the toolbar

 Expected Results:
 Proper alignment and consistent spacing like list view.
