 The Nightly build (https://wordpress.org/download/beta-nightly/) includes
 all bundled themes, whereas the release version
 (https://wordpress.org/latest.zip) only includes the three latest default
 themes.

 We should take this into account when comparing the zip size between the
 Nightly and release versions.
