 Thanks for working on this! For the notice when it's enabled, this
 shouldn't show a notice and that's not needed afaik. It should instead
 just show the checkbox checked. This leaves us with:

 - Notice if it's disabled by host.
 - Checkbox if you can enable it with the choice for the user to turn
 on/off depending.
