Changes (by ekla):

 * Attachment "64900.diff" added.

 This patch replaces the deprecated `--update-db` command in the
 `browserslist:update` Grunt task with `update-browserslist-db at latest`.
 Tested by running `npx grunt browserslist:update`, which executed
 successfully.
