 Thanks @joedolson!  My git log search is also showing that my memory of
 this class is wrong.

 I think it's ok for these to be full length but will defer to @joen on
 that.

 Additionally, this design uses `notice-warning`. I wonder if the notice-
 info design would be more appropriate (screenshot incoming)
