 With the change in approach for real time collaboration to be enabled
 first by hosts and then again enabled by end users, I wanted to open an
 issue asap to discuss design approach for the Settings > Writing screen.
 In particular:

 - How best to present to users that it's an early version of this feature.
 - Whether to show users whose hosts have disabled the feature a notice to
 explain why they don't have the option.
