Comment:

 As per today's 7.0 pre-RC1 bug scrub:
 We have a successful test report, but there are some small changes needed
 before committing this. The ticket seems to be really close to its
 resolution, but unfortunately, we're also close to RC1. Thus, let's move
 it to 7.1.
