 @jorbin commented this one during today's bug scrub:
 > The comments mention that it would be good to take into account notes in
 the automated tests, that doesn't seem to have been done. I also think i
 custom comment types in general should be considered.

 Therefore, let's move this ticket to 7.1 to give more time for discussion
 and refining.
