 Coming from an agency world where we have a lot of big enterprise clients,
 I do see the value of RTC. It's a feature that some clients have been
 asking for a quite a time already.

 That being said, I don't feel confident enough to have RTC enabled for
 them just yet. Some will surely want it, and for them I could knowingly
 enable it.

 Controlled rollout is definitely the way, as there's still too much of
 uncertainity and moving parts close to RC1 of 7.0. For example #64696
 being unsolved and potential introduction of a new database table.

 Having things hookable is something I consider WordPress Core standard, so
 this **should** be filterable unless there's some obvious downsides or
 possible side-effects of it.
