 I was testing this using the provided Playground link and found a small
 bug:

 Appearance > Themes section is broken when there is a single Theme
 installed

 Further checking, I found the issue is due to the `grid-template-columns`
 misbehaves when there is only one subitem in the CSS `grid`.

 Adding a second theme fixes the issue
