 From today's bug scrub

 It seems https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/10634 adds
 the required tests but also its own implementation of the solution
 suggested in https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/8668

 @westonruter as the person who added latest commits to
 https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/10634, do you think we
 can move forward with the patch in time for WP 7.0 RC1

 Also pinging @audrasjb as the owner of this ticket

 I'm also adding "needs-testing" so the patch can be confirmed
