 Sharing a small demo repo to make testing this patch easier:

 https://github.com/retlehs/json-metadata-theme-and-plugin

 It includes a minimal plugin (`plugin.json`) and block theme (`theme.json`
 metadata, no `style.css`) plus step-by-step instructions for testing
 against https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/11200 locally
 in `wordpress-develop`.

 This is intended to help reviewers quickly verify JSON metadata
 registration behavior end-to-end.
