 When setting up a padding on Icon block, the icon image may become
 invisible (when pushed out of rendered SVG image edges).

 I've logged an [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/76288 issue
 at Gutenberg plugin's GitHub repository]. So, the complete explanation can

 Logging a ticket here just in case as it is related to upcoming WordPress
 7.0.
