Comment:

 In my opinion, this is ready to go. I've tested it on a few different
 color schemes, and the main change is that some of the color schemes are
 using the old default admin colors for some elements - these were being
 overridden by the customizer styles, and aren't with these removed.

 But I don't think that's a problem - rather than override all of these in
 the customizer, I think we should be updating the color schemes to be more
 thorough.

 In many of the admin color schemes, this is also true of some other major
 colors - such as the global link color. Changing those isn't within the
 scope of this ticket, but should be addressed separately.
