 Tested with WordPress trunk and Elementor.

 Before applying the patch:
 Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy and Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy headers were
 present when opening the editor with action=elementor.

 These headers are no longer sent for post.php?post=68&action=elementor.

 Patch works as expected.
