 First, we'll need to consider how the primary/disabled button should be
 styled. If we follow [https://www.figma.com/design/804HN2REV2iap2ytjRQ055
 /WordPress-Design-System?node-id=16507-34044 this figma], the background
 color of the Primary/Disabled button should remain the brand color, but
 the text should be lighter.
