 on todays contributor call, @flixos90 noted the existing filter in the
 prompt builder class: https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/707fa78322968b590e84b29d0575de65dc785b2c/src/wp-includes/ai-
 client/class-wp-ai-client-prompt-builder.php#L291 so it's just the UI
 aspect that needs disabling in the connector screen.
