 I think we should support all admin color schemes for the frontend
 toolbar. Currently, when a user changes the color scheme, the dashboard
 and the frontend toolbar look different. This creates an inconsistent
 experience and does not look good visually. Supporting the same color
 schemes on the frontend toolbar would make the UI more consistent across
 both the dashboard and the frontend.
