 - Upload images containing embedded text, and verify the alt text is
 imported. Examples include the above image provided by @jhmonroe, the
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/55535/Tired%20Spongebob%20Meme.jpg
 sponge bob meme attached to ticket 55535], or the
 [https://www.iptc.org/std/photometadata/examples/ IPTC metadata test
 images]
 - Upload a variety of images without embedded text, and verify there are
 no unexpected errors.
