 In Tools → Site Health, some UI elements still use legacy color values
 instead of the updated Admin Reskin tokens.

 Specifically:

  * The `.site-health-progress` loadingPulse animation uses the old blue
 color.
  * `.health-check-accordion-trigger .badge.blue`

 These elements rely on old color values (e.g. `#72aee6`) instead of
 standardized admin CSS variables.


 Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Tools → Site Health.
  2. Observe the loading indicator (“Results are still loading…”).
  3. and Observe the "Security" badge inside the accordion.
