 When files exist locally that were previously included through the
 `gutenberg`-related build scripts and tasks are deleted, they are not
 properly deleted for a few reasons:
 - The `clean:gutenberg` command is not run before building.
 - The Icon Library related files are missing from the `gutenbergFiles`
 list.
