Comment:

 I've been discussing this one with @zodiac1978 at WCEU Contributor Day.

 I've rebased the PR with the latest changes from `trunk` and we'll see
 that the tests pass.

 I think this is likely in a good spot. I have added it to my list to
 review. Since there's nearly 300 lines for unit tests, I need to just have
 a second look after the event to give it proper consideration.

 Since this is a bug, I've added it for consideration for 7.0.1.
