=== Steps taken
1. Navigated to the Media Library section in Grid View.
2. Entered the search term "plugin" into the search bar and pressed Enter.
3. Confirmed that the URL updated to include ?search=plugin.
4. Manually cleared all the text from the search bar.
5. Confirmed that the URL successfully resets back to upload.php and the
?search= parameter was completely removed.
6. Refreshed the page.
✅ Patch solves the problem
