 I'm looking into modifying WooCommerce checkout to accept such emails, for
 now, in the client, we use `@wordpress/url` `isEmail` which has this regex
 that won't pass the above
 `/^(mailto:)?[a-z0-9._%+-]+@[a-z0-9][a-z0-9.-]*\.[a-z]{2,63}$/i;`. Would
 it be possible that once a regex in this patch land, it also includes a
 change in the WordPress JS package?
