 === Steps taken
 1. Before beginning, ensure you have an activated plugin that needs to be
 updated and also a couple of comments in the comments page.
 2. Head over to **Plugins > Installed Plugins**.
 3. Observe the background color and the border-left color of the plugin
 that needs to be updated, before and after applying the patch.
 4. Also ensure **Keyboard Shortcuts** option is enabled in **Users >
 Profile**.
 5. Head over to the **Comments** page and use the keyboard to move
 up(press k) and down(press j) the comments table.
 6. Observe the background color of each comment as you navigate up and
 down, before and after applying the patch.
 4. ✅ Patch is solving the problem

 === Expected result
 - The background color (of the active plugin and current comment) and the
 border left color (of the active plugin) now match the admin's new color
 scheme.

 === Additional Notes
 - The patch also updates the current comment highlighting.
