 On the theme installation page, [52819] intentionally removed the Live
 Preview links for any block themes (backported to 5.9.3). See #54878 and
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/blame/6.9.1/src/wp-admin
 /theme-install.php#L418 theme-install.php].
