Comment:

 Not going to have time to resolve this in the current release, so I'm
 moving it to future release. There are a lot of blocks of descriptive text
 in the customizer, but most of them are not contextually related to
 specific input fields; we need to identify whether there are any cases
 where a description is still actually within a context where they need to
 be associated with a field and aren't.
