 Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five
 === Steps taken

 Navigated to Settings > General.
 Selected a new Site Icon without reloading the page.
 Observed the "Remove Site Icon" button styling before and after applying
 the patch.
 === Result

 The patch fixes the issue. The button now immediately displays with the
 correct red text and border as soon as an icon is selected.
