 === Steps taken
 1. In the admin dashboard, head over to **Plugins > Add Plugin**, click
 **Install** for one of the plugins presented.
 2. Observe the size and the alignment of the install button, before and
 after applying the patch.
 3. Head over to **Appearance > Themes > Add Theme**, click **Install** for
 any of the themes presented.
 4. Observe the size and the alignment of the install button, before and
 after applying the patch.
 5. ✅ Patch is solving the problem

 === Expected result
 - The size of the install button in both plugins/themes pages remain the
 same size vertically.
 - The contents in the install button in both plugins/themes pages is
 properly aligned.
