 Hi @adnanhyder,

 You might be testing on Playground with [https://github.com/WordPress
 /wordpress-develop/pull/11020 PR 11020] that could be why you’re not
 seeing the issue.

 From your screenshot, the Install button isn’t using compact buttons this
 is introduced on [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/61729 61729],
 so it seems you're not facing the same problem on Playground.

 Please test on a local environment, apply the patch, rebuild, and check
 again.
