 - OS: macOS
 - Theme: Twenty Eleven 5.0
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:

 === Steps taken
 1. Installed a clean WordPress beta1 or trunk environment.
 2. Navigated to Appearance → Themes.
 3. Clicked “Add New”.
 4. Clicked “Install” on any available theme.
 5. Observed the button state while showing “Installing…”.
 6. Before applying the patch:
  - The “Installing…” button appeared slightly vertically misaligned.
  - Alignment was inconsistent compared to the adjacent “Preview” button.
 7. Applied the patch from PR.
 8. Repeated steps 2–5.
 9. ✅ Patch is solving the problem

 - The “Installing…” button should remain vertically aligned.
 - The button height and spacing should remain consistent.
 - No layout shift should occur during the loading state.
 - Alignment should match the adjacent “Preview” button.
