 @poojapadamad Thanks for reporting that!

 Technically, the 'Select Files' is outside the scope of what this ticket
 is about. But it's pretty closely associated, and I believe I can see why
 it didn't work - the button uses `aria-labelledby` in a place where it
 should use `aria-describedby`.
