Comment:

 Since WordPress 5.8.0, all new options have been prefixed with `wp_` in
 the spirit of prefixing all the things to avoid the potential for
 conflict.

 It would be good to rename the option from
 `enable_real_time_collaboration` to `wp_enable_real_time_collaboration` to
 continue this practice.
