 WordPress version: 7.0
 Environment: Clean install, no plugins activated

 Steps to Reproduce

 Go to Appearance → Themes

 Click “Add New”

 Click “Install” on any theme

 Observe the button state while it shows “Installing…”

 Expected Result

 The “Installing…” button should remain properly aligned within the theme
 card footer, consistent with the normal “Install” and “Activate” button
 states.

 Actual Result

 When the button switches to the “Installing…” state:

 The button appears slightly misaligned vertically

 The spacing within the theme card footer shifts

 The alignment looks inconsistent compared to the “Preview” button beside
 it

 Additional Notes

 Reproducible on clean install

 No custom admin styles

 Appears to be a CSS alignment issue specific to the loading state
