 Environment: Clean install, default theme (Twenty Twenty-Five), no active
 plugins

 Steps to Reproduce

 Log in to a fresh WordPress installation

 Go to Dashboard

 Observe the Welcome banner at the top

 Look at the “Dismiss” label and the “X” icon in the top right corner

 Expected Result

 The “Dismiss” text and the “X” icon should be vertically center aligned
 within the banner area and aligned consistently with each other.

 Actual Result

 The “Dismiss” text and the “X” icon appear slightly misaligned vertically.
 They are not visually centered relative to the banner height and do not
 align consistently.

 Additional Notes

 Occurs with no plugins activated

 Reproducible in new default admin color scheme

 Appears to be a CSS alignment issue in the Dashboard welcome panel
