 I'm afraid that my ticket is having scope creep.

 We have a patch, but we want more and add #58302. Looking at #58302 this
 ends with a connection to #57548 and #47322 which also should be handled
 in this context.

 This could have been a low-hanging fruit for an updated inline doc but now
 is connected to a complete overhaul of the complete admin loading process
 including memory peaks and http protocol versions.

 It is disappointing to see this punted to a future release, although it
 could have been an easy little fix.
