 From today's bug scrub:

 > 61061 has been punted from several major releases in a row, might be
 time to move it to Future Release and allow it to come back once its ready
 especially since there's been no activity on a PR or patch in almost a
 year

 It seems the ticket solves the issue but there's still feedback to address
 regarding the code in the PR. I have added a refresher
