Comment:

 I don't think that this is relevant anymore given the changes to the build
 scripts in #64393. If I'm not mistaken, the `sync-gutenberg-packages` and
 `postsync-gutenberg-packages` can be removed entirely from `trunk` now.

 @wildworks @Mamaduka can you confirm?
